Southwestern Ranch Salad

Ingredients
  1. 4 cups torn mixed salad greens
  2. 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
  3. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, drained
  4. 1 large red pepper, chopped
  5. 4 tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)
  6. 1 cup  Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  7. 1/2 cup  Classic Ranch Dressing
  8. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. DIVIDE greens among 4 dinner plates.
  2. TOP with beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes and cheese.
  3. DRIZZLE with dressing; sprinkle with cilantro or parsley
