Creamy Lemon Pie recipe with only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Purchase a can of your favorite whipped cream for topping if you desire…..
Instructions
- In medium sized mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, milk and lemon juice.
- Mix well and spread in graham crust.
- Chill and top as desired when served….….I suggest Whipped Cream!!!
