Smokin’ Good Chickpeas


Smokin’ Good Chickpeas

Sauté 3 minced cloves of garlic in 2 Tbs.
extra-virgin olive oil. 
Add 1 cup chopped fresh roma tomatoes and a generous pinch of red pepper flakes.
 Simmer for 2 minutes. 
Add 11⁄2 cups of drained, no-salt-added chickpeas and heat through.
 Season with 1⁄4 tsp. salt and freshly ground black pepper
