Easy and Delish Spinach & White Bean Stew

Spinach & White Bean Stew

Sauté 3 minced garlic cloves in 2 Tbs. of olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
 Stir in a 15 oz. can of no-salt-added white beans with their liquid and a bag of baby spinach.
 Season with up to ¹∕8 tsp. of salt and plenty of freshly ground pepper. 

Serve with ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese.
