Tiramisù Strawberries

Tiramisù Strawberries

Ingredients
5 eggs
 1 lb strawberries
5 Tbs of sugar 
 1 lb mascarpone
2 packets Savoiardi biscuits
Direction
Cut the strawberries in very small pieces. Add some lemon juice, orange juice and sugar to marinate.
Split the egg yolks from the white and put in separate mixing bowls. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar to the yolks and beat until the color turns light yellow and the sugar is dissolved.
In a separate bowl, beat marscapone and gradually add marscapone to the egg/sugar mixture.
Fold egg whites into this mixture.
Layer biscuits, strawberries, mascarpone and repeat for three layers.
Keep in fridge for at least 6 hours.
