Bruschetta Pomodoro&Mozzarella


Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
4 Tomatoes
2 Mozzarella
Basil leaves
Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the black pepper, balsamic vinegar, salt and extra virgin olive oil. Allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes for flavors to blend.
In the meantime, preheat the grill. On a baking sheet, arrange the slices of bread in a single layer and brown both sides slightly in the oven. Remove the slices from the oven.
Meanwhile cut the tomatoes and mozzarella in slices.
Put tomato slices, mozzarella slices and basil leaves on the still warm toasted bread slices then sprinkle the mixture and serve.
