Friselle Pomodoro


Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra virgin olive oil
16 cherry tomatoes
basil 
desalted capers
salt
1 clove garlic
oregano
4 Friselle - Toasted Bread
Preparation
Wet the friselle with salt water to soften them and then put them in a dish.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put in a bowl and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, salt, chopped basil, oregano, capers and finely chopped garlic.
Divide the mixture and seasoned the friselle. Serve.
