Pork or Turkeyw/Pancetta and Fontina

Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra virgin Olive oil
2 - 3 slices of pork or turkey breast per person
Pancetta slices
Fontina or Asiago slices
Sage leaves
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
White dry wine
Preparation
Place the slices of meat on a board, salt and black pepper, place on them a slice of pancetta and in them a little bit of cheese, place a sage leaf in each chop and close them with two toothpicks, brown all and cook covered for about 40 minutes in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled white dry wine. Serve warm.
