Breaded Veal or Chicken Cutlets


Ingredients
10 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra virgin olive oil
4 veal cutlets or chicken 
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Salt
Black pepper
Preparation
Beat the eggs in a dish with a little of salt and black pepper.
Then pound the veal or chicken cutlets with a meat mallet or a rolling pin.
Dip the cutlet in the beaten egg in both sides and then in the breadcrumbs, making sure it is completely coated.
Preheat the extra virgin olive oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until they are golden brown on both sides.
Remove cutlet from pan and drain on a paper towel. Serve.
