Peperonata



Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 lb peppers
2 tbsp vinegar 
2 garlic cloves
salt
black pepper
Preparation
Clean the peppers, remove the seeds and filaments then cut diced.
Place them in a pan with the extra virgin olive oil, garlic and cook until browned.
Then add vinegar, cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve.
