Tortellini Panna&Prosciutto

Ingredients
1 lb- tortellini
5 oz- of prosciutto cotto diced
5 oz-  frozen peas
2 ½ oz- butter
5 oz- long-life cream
1 onion chopped
Parmigiano Reggiano
salt
black pepper 


Preparation
In a pan with butter fry onion until golden then add peas, cover and cook for 25 min.
Then add prosciutto, cream, salt and pepper then stir.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini in plenty of boiling salted water, and once spent cooking time, drain, toss with the mixture, sprinkle with parmigiano.


Serve.
