Firecracker Pasta Salad

Firecracker Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  1. 2 packages BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.), prepared according to package directions, chilled
  2. 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  3. 4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  5. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  6. 2 cups broccoli florets
  7. 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  8. 1/2 cup pitted and halved ripe olives
  9. 3/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)
Instructions
  1. HEAT oil in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Pour into large bowl; cool. Whisk in vinegar.
  2. ADD prepared pasta, tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, olives and cheese; toss well to coat. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
