Frittelle Uvetta

Ingredients
 1 cup water
 1  tsp. Salt
 1 oz. butter 
 5 oz. flour
2 eggs 
 3 oz sugar
powdered sugar
 3 oz raisins
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Seed Oil
Preparation
Put the water, butter and a pinch of salt on the fire.
Sift the flour with the baking powder in a bowl.
When the water boils, remove from heat and add the flour all at once.
Mix well then put it back on the heat until the mixture comes off the walls and forming a ball.
Put the mixture in a bowl and add one egg at a time.
Then add the raisins and sugar, then roll into balls.
Heat the oil and fry the balls.
Drain on a paper towel.
Serve sprinkle the balls with icing sugar.
