Dubliner Cheese Omlette with Herbs


8 Large Eggs (2 Eggs per person)
1 Pack of Dubliner Grated Cheese
2 Tbs Chopped Herbs such as Parsley and Tarragon
Vegetable Oil
OPTIONAL:
Side Salad and Crusty Bread
  1. Gently heat and lightly oil an omlette pan or a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Beat two eggs per omlette, season with salt and pepper and pour into the pan, sprinkle a handful of grated Dubliner Cheese and some herbs on top.
  3. After about 3 minutes, once the egg begins to look set and cheese has melted slide onto your plate.
  4. Serve with a side salad and some crusty bread.
VARIATIONS:
Add thinly sliced courgettes or lightly cooked mushrooms or ham at the same time as the cheese and herbs.
