Broccoli & Ricotta Pie


Ingredients
100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 Roll puff pastry
4 Broccoli boiled
8 oz- Parmigiano
8 oz- Ricotta
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation
In a pan with extravirgin olive oil fry garlic until golden the add broccoli and cook for 5 min.
In a bowl mix broccoli, ricotta, parmigiano, salt, pepper and eggs then stir.
In a baking dish with parchment paper roll out the puff pastry then add the mixture.
Bake at 400°F for 20 min.
Serve.
