Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 loaf french bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the loaf of french bread in half lengthwise.
- Mix together the artichokes, spinach, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder in a large bowl until combined.
- Evenly spread the spinach and artichoke mixture over both of the sides of the french bread.
- Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese onto each of the french bread loaf halves on top of the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Place the french bread halves on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pizza is heated through.
