  • 1/2 cup cherry preserves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar/OR Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
