Strawberry-Honey Bruschetta

1 (8-ounce) loaf French Baguette
(6-ounces) Fat Free Greek Yogurt, plain
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
16 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup honey

Heat oven to 375. Cut bread into 1/2 inch slices, arrange them on a cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until golden.

Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Turn oven control to broil. Spread yogurt mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Broil bread slices 4-inches from heat about 1 minute or until mixture is hot. Arrange strawberry slices on yogurt mixture. Lightly drizzle with honey, and serve immediately.
