Pork Neck Bones and Cabbage (2 servings)

6 neck bones
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
3 C. chopped cabbage
1 small onion chopped
1/4 C. water
1 T. cider vinegar
good pinch of salt
Season the neck bones with some of the house seasoning, set aside. Line a baking pan with some tinfoil and then place the cabbage and onions in the bottom of the pan. Combine the water and the vinegar and pour over the cabbage. Sprinkle with a little salt. Place the neck bones on top and the cover tightly with more tinfoil. Place in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove and uncover, place back in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
