Melt-In-Your-Mouth Swedish Butterballs

They will literally melt in your mouth as they are so rich!
Melt-In-Your-Mouth Swedish Butterballs

Ingredients
2 C butter, softened
1 C powder sugar
4 C flour


Cream butter well. Add sugar and mix in flour.
Roll into 2 inch balls.
Bake at 325°F to light brown - approx 10 min
(don't overcook)
Roll in powder sugar while still warm (not hot) and again once cool.
Just melt in your mouth!!
