Polpette Patate&Formaggio

Ingredients
100% Organic Extra virgin olive oil
6 potatoes
6 oz- fontina
2 eggs
flour
nutmeg
salt
parmigiano
breadcrumbs

Preparation
Boil the potatoes and mash in the masher.
Stir the mixture with one yolk, parmigiano, nutmeg and salt.
Make polpette and put a cube of fontina in the center then pass in the flour, beaten egg and finally in bread crumbs.
Cook in a pan with extra virgin olive oil until browned.
