Fagotto

Ingredients
100% Organic Extra virgin olive oil
3 zucchini
1 roll puff pastry
4 oz- scamorza sliced
4 oz- prosciutto sliced
1 onion

Preparation
Cut the zucchini and cook in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and the onion.
Roll out the pastry and garnish with prosciutto, zucchini and scamorza then roll and close.
Put in a baking dish and bake at 200 ° C / 400 ° F for 15 min.
Serve.
