Ah, a spinach salad with orange and grapefruit sections, sprinkled with nuts and coconut, and drizzled with a citrus vinaigrette-type dressing.
This salad can also be made with lettuce instead of spinach.
For the salad
spinach washed and patted dry
sections of oranges and/or grapefruit
chopped walnuts or pecans
shredded or flaked coconut

For the dressing
juice from 1/2 large lemon
1 teaspoon zest
juice from one orange
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
dash of allspice
2 tablespoons honey or sweetened to taste

For the dressing, whisk the ingredients together and chill.
