Italian Broccoli Casserole


Ingredients
1 Tbsp 100% organic extra virgin olive oil
2 Broccoli boiled
4 oz-100 gr Parmigiano grated
4 oz-100 gr Mozzarella diced
2 eggs
bread crumbs
salt
black pepper


Preparation
In a bowl put broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, eggs, parmigiano, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, pepper and salt then stir.
In a baking dish put the mixture and bake at 220 ° C / 440 ° F for 20 min.
Serve.
