Easy, delicious and festive cheesecakes for your Saint Patrick's Day party!
Ingredients
Crust:

- (11 oz.) pouch Nature Valley™ Oats 'n Honey Protein Granola
- 8
- tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 3
- tablespoons brown sugar
Whipped Cheesecake:
- 16
- oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2
- cup sugar
- 1
- tablespoon lemon juice
- 1
- cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- Green food coloring
Directions
- To make crust, add granola into a food processor and mix until it’s a fine crumble. Pour crumbs in a bowl and add melted butter and 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined. Divide the crumbs into 10 (4 oz.) canning jars and press it to the bottom of the jar with a spoon. Set aside.
- To make filling, cream the cream cheese in a mixer on medium speed. Add sugar and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Add heavy whipping cream and mix. Add green food coloring 2 drops at a time until the desired color is achieved, then continue to beat.
- Spoon whipped cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and pipe it on top of the crusts in each jar. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
