Gooey Butter Cake


- 4 lg eggs
- 1 stk butter

- 1 bx yellow cake mix


- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 c or 1 box powdered sugar
1.   Preheat oven to 350F.
2.   Mix together dry cake mix, butter, and 2 eggs and press into a greased 9" x 13" cake pan, pushing the sides up slightly to hold the filling.
3.   For filling: Mix cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, and powdered sugar, till smooth.
4.   Pour filling into crust and bake for 35 minutes.
5.   Let cool...  sprinkle with powder sugar.    Serve at room temperature. Store in refrigerator.
