Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 24 ounces, weight Frozen Tortellini
- Grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese (or even the Italian Shredded four cheese Blend)
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic. Cook for less than a minute. Pour spaghetti sauce, half-and-half, and chicken broth into skillet. Stir to combine well. Add in the tortellini and mix well with the sauce. Increase heat just a bit and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Simmer for 12-15 minutes.
