EASY SOUR CREAM MUFFINS:
2 Cups Self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pt. sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and spoon into small ungreased muffin tins. Bake 20 - 30 mins.
Makes 24 small muffins or 12 large.
