1 cup milk

2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greased a 9x13 baking pan
- Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium.
- Stir in the boiling water.
- Pour into pan.
- Scatter the chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
