Easy Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

2 cup sugar
1-3/4 cup flour
3/4 C Hersheys Cocoa
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chocolate chips 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Greased a 9x13 baking pan
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium.
  3. Stir in the boiling water. 
  4. Pour into pan.
  5. Scatter the chocolate chips on top. 
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
