BLT Salad

BLT Salad

BLT night does not need to require two pieces of toast!
Serves: 1
Total time: 10 min
Fruit and Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Salad dressing, for drizzling
Instructions:
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato slices, avocado slices, bacon and croutons. Toss and drizzle with salad dressing of choice. Chill until ready to serve.
