BLT Salad
BLT night does not need to require two pieces of toast!
Total time: 10 min
Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salad dressing, for drizzling
- In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato slices, avocado slices, bacon and croutons. Toss and drizzle with salad dressing of choice. Chill until ready to serve.
