Chocolate Graham Streusel Cake

Batter:
1 18 1/4 oz. Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/4 C. Oil
3 Eggs


Crumb Mixture:
1 1/2 cups low-fat graham crackers, crushed fine

1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 

1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 

2 tsps cinnamon 

1/4 cup margarine, melted




Preheat oven to 350. Prepare bottom only of a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside . To preapre crumb mixture, combine graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and margarine. Mix until crumbly and set aside. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour 2 1/2 cups batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture. Pour remaining batter over top crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining crumb mixture.  Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean...
