Cantucci

Cantucci

Ingredients
 4 oz of soft butter
 1lb of flour
 8 oz of unblanched almonds toasted
4 egg + 1 yolk
 8 oz of sugar
½ teaspoon of baking powder


Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and then add the almonds then stir with mixer.
Form the dough into a long roll and brush all over with egg yolk.
Bake at 190°C/380°F for about 20 min.
Cut the rolls into small slices then bake the slices for a futher 15 min at 170°C/340°F.

Serve.
