Migliaccio

Ingredients
12 oz- Semolina (can use Farina )
5 eggs
12 oz- Sugar
4 cup- Milk
16 oz- Ricotta
1 Orange
1 Lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
salt
butter
Powder sugar


Preparation
Boil the milk and then cook the semolina with salt.
Let cool and then add the sugar, beaten eggs, ricotta, vanilla and then the peels of orange and lemon grated.
Put yourself to mix all ingredients with care until they are blended. So buttered and flour a baking dish and pour the mixture well leveled. Place in the oven at 180 ° C / 360 ° F 45 min.
Sprinkle with Powder  and let cool before serving.
