Insalata Southern Italy Style


Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra virgin Olive oil
4 sliced tomatoes
2 diced Mozzarella
2 chopped onions
12 black olives
chopped capers
salt
black pepper


Preparation
In a large bowl put the tomatoes, mozzarella, onion, black olives, capers, salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil then gently mix thoroughly. Allow the mixture to stand for 15 min. 


Serve.
