MEATBALL PARMIGIANA

MEATBALL PARMIGIANA 
So easy to make and everyone will go crazy for this!
 Serve it as is or over some cooked pasta and of course for subs!


Start with fully cooked favorite Italian homemade  meatballs in sauce ...
Place the cooked meatballs in sauce in a skillet and put a lid on it. Heat till bubbly and fully heated through 10 min. Then add some ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and some Romano or Parmesan and put the lid back on tight and let it heat for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and DO NOT remove the lid for 10 minutes!
I promise this will be a standard in your home at least once a week. Serve from the skillet and you have one thing to clean.
