GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIES


INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Thoroughly mix together the butter and sugars until completely combined. Add the egg and vanilla and stir until combined.
  3. Add in the baking soda, salt, and cocoa and mix until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 10 minutes or until they look done
