1 cup WaterIn a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes before tossing in the garlic and chili flake. Stir to combine. Add the kale, season with salt and pepper, and add the water. - Place a lid on the pan and turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chard is tender and the liquid has reduced. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
