Cranberry Honey BUTTER      



In the photograph you see here, I added some cranberry sauce to the recipe to get a beautiful pink hue!
A luscious condiment recipe that can be spread on warm dinner rolls, croissants, biscuits, sweet potatoes and more, Cranberry Honey Butter also makes a great holiday gift from the kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions


  1. In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Transfer to two 6-ounce ramekins. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
