OUTSTANDING PECAN MUFFINETTES:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Bake in well greased mini-muffin tins at 350 degrees for
13- 15 minutes, till springy.
Makes aprox. 3 dozen
