Delicious Morning Crepes
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Beat eggs till thick and lemon colored.
- Stir in milk
- Sift dry ingredients; add to egg mixture
- Drop a small amount of butter onto a moderately hot buttered crepe pan or frying pan.
- Tilt pan so the batter forms a nice round crepe. Turn only when crepe looks firm.
- Fry until golden.
- Serve with melted butter, powdered sugar, raspberry jam, syrup fresh fruit or your favorite topping.
