Lemon Basil Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup salted butter, soft
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Blend until smooth
- Scoop into the center of a large piece of plastic wrap. Fold over one side of the plastic wrap and roll mixture into a log. Roll up the rest of the plastic around the log and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1/4-inch rounds and place in a decorative bowl. Serve with your favorite breakfasts breads and pastries.
