CASHEW HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN SALAD WRAPS:
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
6 T. honey mustard
1 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
3 Cups chicken, cooked and cubed
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cashews. chopped
4 flour tortillas (6"). warmed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more if you like)
In a bowl. combine mayo. mustard. vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir in chicken, celery, onion, and cashews. Spoon about 1 cup of chicken salad down the center of each tortilla. Top with 2 T.
cheese. Roll up. Enjoy!!!!!!
