Gnocchi Asparagi & Gamberi

Ingredients
4 Tbsp 100% Organic Extra virgin olive oil
1 lb- Gnocchi
10 oz- Asparagus
salt
2 cloves garlic
1 onion (I don't add the onion for my family doesn't like onion)
6 oz- shelled prawns
1/2 cup dry white wine


Preparation
In a pan with extra virgin olive oil fry chopped garlic then add the chopped onion until browned
Wash and dry the asparagus, blanch in lightly salted water until al dente, then cut them into pieces and sauté in the pan and add shrimp then put wine and let it evaporate.
Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi 5 min, then drain.
Pour the gnocchi and the sauce into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C / 360 ° F for 5 minutes to brown.
