Gluten Free Cookies
1 cup of crunchy or smooth peanut butter, 1 cup dark brown sugar, 1 egg 1/2 tsp baking soda + 1/4 cup of mini choc chips 360 for 7 to 9 minutes, summer baking for kids, very tasty.
