1. Combine 1 stick of butter and ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Cream together on medium-high for 2-3 minutes, until fluffy and pale yellow.
2. Whisk together ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream, ½ teaspoon coffee powder (optional) and ½ teaspoon salt in a small bowl.
3. On low speed, gradually stream in the Baileys liquid. After 1-2 minutes of paddling, the results will be a fluffy Baileys frosting, pale brown and super shiny. Use immediately.
