Offer up some luck o’ the Irish with Monte Cristo pockets. (from my friends at Pamperd chef) These get their sweet flavor from pre-made, thawed uncooked French toast bread instead of fried batter. Spread 1 tsp of Raspberry Habanero Sauce on a piece of thawed French toast. Add 1 tbsp grated Swiss cheese, a thin slice of ham then a bit more cheese, ensuring ingredients stay towards the middle of the bread. Top with another piece of bread and form a pocket with the Cut-N-Seal®. Brush both sides of the sandwich with melted butter and cook on a Square Griddle 4 – 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar using the Flour/Sugar Shaker and serve with more Raspberry Habanero Sauce for dipping.
