YUMMY PEROGIE CASSEROLE
This recipe will all depend on how many people you want to feed , so adjust accordingly3 lbs potatoes peeled cubed, cooked fork tenderbutter 1 stick (more if you like it buttery) you can also use like whirl liquid butter1 16 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese1 large onion sautéed in butter1 lb elbow mac cooked andante ( don't cook all the way )salt and pepperMIX all together and bake at 325 for 20 minutes let cheese crust
this is a simply casserole great for picnics
