Must Have Caramel Rolls
- 3 tubes buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Quarter each biscuit. Shake in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Place biscuit pieces in well greased 9x13" pan.
- Melt butter, ice cream and brown sugar. Pour caramel over top.
- Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F. When done, invert on serving tray.
